Persona has just started preliminary referencing of land in Crawley for a future development project.

February 2012 - Ashton Vale to Temple Meads PI

January 2012 - Referencing land in Northamptonshire
The West Northamptonshire Development Corporation has appointed Persona to undertake the Land Referencing on two regeneration projects at Avon Nunn Mills and St Peter’s Waterside. Persona will also be assisting with the preparation and issue of Compulsory Purchase Order documentation.

January 2012 - Referencing land in Dartford
Tesco’s have commissioned Persona to undertake the Land Referencing of a site at Lowfield Street, Dartford in preparation for a Compulsory Purchase Order to be made by Dartford Borough Council.

January 2012 - Solar Panels
Persona has completed a Commission to prepare and provide planning application plans in respect of application for installation of Solar Array Panels throughout the UK.

September 2011

September 2011 - Bedford Borough Council
Persona has been appointed by Bedford Borough Council to assist with the preparation of Side Roads Order and CPO Documentation for the proposed Bedford Western Bypass.

September 2011 - North Somerset Council
North Somerset Council have appointed Persona to negotiate land entry for Survey Contractors to undertake work in connection with the South Bristol Link. Persona’s work will also see them provide Land Cost Estimates and advise on statutory process matters.

September 2011 - Referencing land in Shrewsbury
Persona has successfully tendered for major Land Referencing of a redevelopment scheme in Shrewsbury Town Centre for Shropshire Council.

September 2011 - Redevelopment of Bicester Town Centre
Persona will shortly be updating Land Referencing information for Cherwell District Council in advance of the issuing of General Vesting Documentation as part of the Bicester Town Centre redevelopment.

September 2011 - Birmingham International Airport
Persona has been instructed by Birmingham International Airport Limited to update Land Referencing information prior to making of CPO.

September 2011 - Redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre
Persona are continuing with their ongoing work on Bracknell Town Centre which will see further Notices to Treat and Enter being issued.

August 2011 - Cogges Link PI
Oxfordshire County Council has appointed Persona to provide the Programme Officer for the Cogges Link Public Inquiry which starts on 21st September.

August 2011 - Referencing Land in Winchester
Persona has been commissioned by Silverhill Winchester No.1 Ltd to finalise the Land Referencing of part of Winchester Town Centre to assist Winchester City Council with the making of CPO.

August 2011 - A46 Newark to Widermerpool PI
The Highways Agency has asked Persona to provide a Programme Officer for the public inquiry into supplementary Orders on the A46 Newark to Widmerpool Scheme.

August 2011 - Referencing Land in Gosport
Persona has been instructed by Gosport Borough Council to assist with the issue of CPO confirmation documentation for the Rowner Estate CPO and to undertake preparations for the issuing of General Vesting Documentation.

13 April 2011 - Redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre
As part of the Compulsory Purchase process associated with the redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre, Persona is assisting Bracknell Council with issuing the General Vesting documentation and Notices to Treat and Enter.

12 April 2011 - Referencing Land in Bedford
Bedford Council has chosen Persona to undertake the land referencing of a large potential development site at North Biddenham. 

11 April 2011 - A1 Elkersley Project PI
Persona will be providing the Highways Agency with a Programme Officer for its forthcoming Public Inquiry on the A1 Elkersley project. 

8 April 2011 - Referencing Land in Harrow
Harrow Council in conjunction with the Catalyst Communities Housing Association has appointed Persona to undertake the land referencing prior to the publication of a CPO at Mill Farm Close in Harrow.

7 April 2011 - Land Referencing Update
Birmingham City Council has awarded Persona a further four year contract for the provision of Land Reference Services. 
One of the first Commissions of this new Contract will be the referencing of ‘Land in the Vicinity of Wansbeck Grove in Kings Norton’.
